摘 要:目的分析急性脑梗死TOAST分型与同型半胱氨酸及NIHSS评分的关系。方法连续选取在中山大学附属第五医院神经内科住院的急性脑梗死患者348例,按TOSAT分型分组,比较各组Hcy水平及NIHSS评分。结果所有分型Hcy值均>10μmol/L。LAA组及CE组NIHSS评分均较SVO组评分高(P<0.01),SVO较SUE组NIHSS评分高(P<0.01)。结论 Hcy水平与脑梗死关系密切,LAA型及CE型脑梗死合并Hcy升高可能神经功能缺损更为严重。Objective To analyze the relationship between the TOAST classification and the homocysteine level and NIHSS score in acute cerebral infarction patients. Methods Totally 348 cases with acute cerebral infarction were selected as the study group and grouped according to the TOAST etiological classification. The level of the Hcy and the NIHSS score were compared between groups. Results The mean level of Hcy of all groups were higher than 10μmol/L. The score of LAA group and the CE group were higher than that of SVO group (P〈0.01 ), SVO group was higher than that of SUE group (P〈0.01 ). Conclusion The level of Hcy is closely related to the cerebral infarctiorL LAA subtype and CE subtype of cerebral infarction with elevated Hcy may have more severe neurological impairment.
