摘 要:再制造升级是实现产品性能提升的重要手段,也是绿色制造的重要内容。本文以再制造升级的相关概念为基础,阐述了再制造升级的本质特征,然后从本质、矛盾、价值、方法、系统等不同领域探究了再制造升级的基本问题,并从物质基础、理论基础、技术基础、价值基础、社会基础等方面分析了再制造升级的发展动力,希望人们能够不断深化对再制造升级的认知,利用再制造升级推动产品的升级换代。Remanufacturing upgrading is an important means of achieving product performance improvements and is an important part of green manufacturing. Based on the related concepts of remanufacturing and upgrading, this essay elaborates the essential features of remanufacturing and upgrading, and then explores the basic problems of remanufacturing and upgrading from different fields such as essence, contradiction, value, method and system. Based on material basis and theoretical basis, Technical basis, value basis and social foundation, we hope that people can deepen the cognition of remanufacturing and upgrading, and make use of remanufacturing and upgrading to promote the upgrading of products.
