摘　　要：目的分析在妊娠伴系统性红斑狼疮患者护理中应用母婴护理的效果。方法随机选择2013年8月-2015年8月在本院接受治疗的妊娠伴系统性红斑狼疮患者40例参与研究。随机平均分成2组，给予不同护理，比较两组效果。结果观察组分娩情况、住院时间均优于对照组。结论母婴护理用于妊娠伴系统性红斑狼疮患者护理中能够保障母婴安全，缩短住院时间，值得推广。Objective to analyze the effect of maternal and infant nursing in nursing eare of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus.Methods Randomly selected in August 2013 and 2015 August in our hospital accepted treatment of pregnancy with systemic lupus erythematosus patients 40 patients participated in the study and randomly divided into 2 groups, giving different nursing and effects were compared between the two groups. Results in the observation group, the hospitallzation time was better than that of the control group.Conclusion maternal and child care for pregnancy with systemic lupus erythematosus patient care can ensure the safety of mother and infant, short en the length of stay, it is worth promoting.
