摘 要:人工增雨防雹火箭发射装置作业时,由于受到火箭弹推进力的作用,火箭弹在出膛滑行的瞬间对发射架产生短暂而剧烈的振动与冲击。利用牛顿第二定理、胡克定理等原理,设计了人工增雨防雹火箭发射装置地面减振基座,对发射轨道有效距离和减振基座的材质、安装部位、尺寸、质量等因素进行了研究。通过计算和优化表明:地面减振基座能够有效吸收火箭发射时发射架所受到的冲击力,减小振动,提升了安全性能、作业效率及设备的使用寿命。During launching operation of precipitation enhancement and anti-hail rocket, due to the role of rocket propulsion, the rocket will produce a short and violent vibration and shock to the launcher in the moment as the rocket just gets out of the launcher for sliding. Based on the Newton second theorem and the Hooker theorem, a ground damping base for precipitation enhancement and anti-hail rocket launcher was designed. The effective distance of the transmitting orbit as well as the material, the installation site, the size and the mass of the damping base were studied. Through calculation and optimization it shows that the ground damping base can effectively absorb and reduce the impact force and vibration when the rocket is launched, and it is available to improve the safety feature, working service life of the equipment.
