摘  要:选用锆英粉和铝矾土作为复合骨料,以水溶性酚醛树脂和硅溶胶作为复合粘结剂,钠基膨润土和木质素磺酸钠作为复合悬浮剂,通过正交试验确定消失模铸钢水基涂料的最佳配比,即水溶性酚醛树脂3%、硅溶胶5%、钠基膨润土5%、木质素磺酸钠2%,并进行实验验证。结果表明,该涂料具有良好的工艺性能,解决了现有涂料在使用过程中存在的粘砂,气孔等问题,能够很好的满足实际生产需要,经济性良好。The zircon powder and bauxite as composite aggregate, water soluble phenolic resin and silica sol as binder, sodium bentonite and sodium lignosulfonate as composite suspension agent, the optimum ratio of water based coating for EPC cast mold was determined through orthogonal test of water soluble phenolic resin, silica sol 5%, 3% sodium bentonite 5%, sodium lignosulfonate 2%, and experimental validation. The results show that the coating has good process performance. The problems of sand sticking, air hole and other problems existing in the process of using the existing coating can meet the needs of actual production well and the economy is good.
