摘  要:目的探讨感觉训练对痉挛性脑性瘫痪患儿步行能力的改善效果。方法选取脑性瘫痪患儿40例,随机分为研究组和对照组各20例。两组患儿均采用常规神经生理学疗法治疗,研究组在此基础上进行感觉训练。比较治疗前和治疗6周后两组患儿的10 m最快步行速度(10m MWS)、步长、步频。结果研究组10m MWS、步长、步频的治疗前后差值均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在常规神经生理学疗法基础上进行感觉训练能更有效地提高痉挛型脑性瘫痪患儿的步行能力。Objective To explore the effect of sensory training on the improvement of walking ability in children with spastic cerebral palsy. Methods Forty children with spastic cerebral palsy were selected and were randomly divided into study group( n = 20) and control group( n =20). The children in both groups were given conventional neurodevelopmental therapy,and the study group received sensory training on the basis of neurodevelopmental therapy. The 10 m maximum walking speed( 10 m MWS),step size and pace frequency were compared between the two groups before treatment and after six weeks of treatment. Results The differences of 10 m MWS,step size and pace frequency before and after treatment in the study group were higher than those in the control group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Sensory training based on conventional neurodevelopmental therapy could effectively improve the walking ability of children with spastic cerebral palsy.
