绕障分支水平井技术在盐矿山老井挖潜中的应用

摘  要:四川威远构造西部马踏矿区岩盐埋藏海拔为-1020m^-1032m,一般垂直厚度为10~18m。盐矿山在生产过程中,浓度下降快,不能连续生产、成井寿命短,直接影响盐矿山的生产质量和效益。本文着重介绍分支水平井在老井挖潜中的应用和实际效果。通过施工一口水平对接井福4井,同时对接福202、福302两个井组,大大增加了出卤的产量,卤水浓度得到了保证。分支水平对接技术的成功应用,为四川福川盐业公司提高了经济效益,也为以后的老井挖潜作业积累了丰富的施工经验。The buried elevation of rock salt in the west Mata Mine, Weiyuan, Sichuan is-1020 m - 1032 m, and the normal vertical thickness is 10 - 18 m. During the production process, salt mine's concentration decreases fast, and can not continuous producing, the well has short life-span. It directly affects the production quality and benefit of the salt mine. This paper mainly introduces the application and practical effect of horizontal well in drilling. By the construction of a horizontal butt well of the Fu 4 well, and the Fu 202 and Fu 302 well groups are connected. The yield of halogen is greatly increased, and the concentration of brine is guaranteed. The successful application of the horizontal docking technology has enhanced the economic benefit for Sichuan Fuchuan Salt Industry Company, and has accumulated rich experience in the construction of old well dredger.
