摘 要:由于定子全部或局部取消了具有磁饱和特性的导磁铁心介质,定子无铁心永磁电机具有效率高、过载能力强、无齿槽转矩、转子损耗低等优点,在飞轮储能、风力发电、航空航天伺服和全电推进系统等场合具有重要的应用前景。依据磁场形成原理对定子无铁心和无槽永磁电机进行了分类,包括径向磁场型、轴向磁场型、直线运动型等。阐述了不同结构拓扑下的定子无铁心电机的特征和关键技术,包括定子绕组的设计与冷却、气隙磁场正弦度的优化、小电感特性下的控制技术等。总结了国内外定子无铁心和无槽永磁电机研究进展及其应用情况。结合定子无铁心永磁电机的效率、转矩等特性,讨论了该类电机的研究方向和发展趋势。Due to the advantages of high efficiency, good overload capacity, less cogging torque and rotor loss, which result from eliminating magnetic field conductive medium with saturated effect entirely or partly from stators, ironless or slotless stator PM machines have a very wide application prospect in these occasions, such as flywheel energy storage system, wind turbine generation, aerospace servo system and electric propulsion system. Based on the magnetic flux principle, the ironless or slotless stator PM machines are classified into radial flux type, axial flux type and planar flux linear type. Fundamental characteristics and key technology of different topology structures are elaborated, including the ironless winding and cooling, optimization of air-gap magnetic field, the small inductance characteristic for controllers. The development and application of ironless stator PM machines are summarized and discussed. Based on the characteristics of ironless stator PM motor, such as efficiency and torque performance, the development and future of the study on the direction of the key technologies are presented.
