摘　　要：目的了解2016年西安市区人群中幽门螺旋杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,Hp)感染情况,分析不同性别及不同年龄段人群Hp的感染特征,为进一步筛查干预及预防诊治提供依据。方法回顾性研究2016年6 085例于本院消化科行14C呼气试验的人群,分别比较不同性别及不同年龄段的人群Hp感染率差异。结果 6 085例行14C呼气试验的人群中,男性感染率为52.21%,女性感染率为48.28%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同年龄段人群Hp感染率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论西安市区人群中Hp感染率与性别及年龄均有关。其中男性Hp感染率高于女性,不同年龄段人群Hp感染率存在差异。Objective To investigate the infection status of Helicobacter pylori（ Hp） in the population of Xi＇an Urban District in2016,and to analyze the characteristics of Hp infection between different genders and age groups,so as to provide basis for further screening,intervention and prevention and treatment. Methods A retrospective study was carried out on 6 085 cases of^14 C breath test in the Department of Gastroenterology in 2016. The differences of Hp infection rates between different genders and age groups were compared. Results Among the 6 085 subjects who received^14 C breath test,the male infection rate was 52. 21%,and the female infection rate was 48. 28%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion The infection rate of Hp was related to gender and age in Xi＇ an Urban District. The male Hp infection rate was higher than that of female,and the infection rate of Hp between different age groups was different.
