摘　　要：岜沙苗寨属地缘机构总称,共五个村民组,有近千年历史。作为贵州少数民族聚落文化旅游景区之一,是政府实施精准扶贫、保护人文历史和生态景观而最早开发的首批项目。先后经历集体所有制和企业股份制管理,都以扶贫攻坚为发展目标。然而却因景区空间承载受限、停车场不够以及村组分配不均以及水源欠缺而出现诸多问题。只有总结经验、认真规划,拓展空间,保障水源、完善基础设施方能迎接迅猛发展的旅游业所需;其次,建工艺廊桥供主客互动,促进商机开发旅游产品等、兼顾平衡方能使扶贫攻坚真正落到实处,令聚落文化旅游走上可持续发展道路。A total of five villages and villages in the village of Basha have a history of nearly a thousand years. As one of the tourist attractions of guizhou ethnic minority settlement culture, it is the first batch of projects developed by the government to implement the precise poverty alleviation, protect the cultural history and ecological landscape. We have experienced collective ownership and joint stock system management, all of which have been targeted by poverty alleviation. However, there are many problems due to the limited space of the scenic area, the insufficient parking lot and the uneven distribution of the villages and the lack of water resources. Through long-term investigation and research, it is concluded that only by summarizing the experience, planning carefully, expanding the space, ensuring the water source and improving the infrastructure can meet the needs of the booming tourism industry. Secondly, the construction of the technological corridor is for the interaction of the main guests and the development of tourism products. Balance can make the fight against poverty really fall into place, and make the cultural tourism on the sustainable development path.
