摘  要:以家具用重组竹材和3中常用螺钉为研究对象,采用正交试验法探究螺钉种类、导孔直径、拧入深度对家具用重组竹材表面握钉力的影响。结果表明,螺钉种类对螺钉接合强度影响不显著,导孔直径和拧入深度对螺钉接合强度影响显著;减小导孔直径、提高拧入深度能显著提高螺钉接合强度。Recombinant bamboo about furniture and 3 kind of common screw were used for the study to explore the impact of types of screw, studying on the piloting hole diameter and screwing depth to nail holding power about recombinant bamboo furniture surface through orthogonal test. The results show that the type of screw has no important impact on nail holding power, however, pilot hole diameter and screw depth affected the result significantly. Reducing diameter piloting hole and improving screwing depth can increase the bonding strength of the screw significantly.
