玻璃酸钠滴眼液联合贝复舒滴眼液治疗干眼症的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨分析玻璃酸钠滴眼液联合贝复舒滴眼液治疗干眼症的临床治疗效果并作对比。方法选取自愿性参与本次研究工作并且病历资料均完整的60例干眼症患者纳入本次研究工作;均分为两组,两组患者接受不同的治疗方式,研究组应用玻璃酸钠滴眼液联合贝复舒滴眼液治疗,对照组单一使用玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗;两组均持续治疗14 d,研究结束后对比分析两组患者的临床治疗效果以及安全性。结果研究组患者的临床治疗效果明显优于对照组患者(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的Schirme I、BUT显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的不良反应发生情况与对照组患者的不良反应发生情况对比,差异无统计学意义。结论玻璃酸钠滴眼液联合贝复舒滴眼液治疗干眼症的临床治疗效果明显,可以有效促进患者早日康复,而且安全性高,值得临床作为治疗干眼症的首选方法之一。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of sodium hyaluronate eye drops combined with metoprolol eye drops in the treatment of dry eye and compare them.Methods Sixty patients with dry eye were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the two groups received different treatment methods.The study group was treated with sodium hyaluronate Eye treatment combined with Beifu Shu eye drops treatment,the control group of single use of sodium hyaluronate eye drops treatment; two groups were treated for 14 days,after the end of the study of two groups of patients with clinical treatment and safety.Results The clinical curative effect of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Schirme I and BUT in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion Sodium hyaluronate eye drops combined with metoprolol eye drops for the treatment of dry eye is effective,can effectively promote the early rehabilitation of patients,and high safety,worthy of clinical treatment of dry eye as one of the preferred methods.
