蜂蜜对鼻咽癌患者发生放射性口腔黏膜炎的预防作用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨蜂蜜对鼻咽癌患者发生放射性口腔黏膜炎的预防作用。方法将本院行放射治疗的80例鼻咽癌患者分为两组,对照组予以常规口腔护理,试验组在常规护理基础上含服蜂蜜,评价两组患者的口腔黏膜放射性损伤程度以及口咽疼痛情况。结果两组患者在年龄、性别、吸烟史、体质指数、TNM分期、放疗剂量方面比较差异无统计学意义。试验组的放射性口腔黏膜炎发生率、严重程度均低于对照组(P<0.05),发生重度口腔黏膜炎的时间延迟。此外,试验组患者的疼痛感低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在放疗期间含服蜂蜜可以减少鼻咽癌患者放射性口腔黏膜炎的发生,且有助于延迟患者发生急性口腔黏膜炎的时间、改善患者口腔黏膜的疼痛程度。Objective To investigate the preventive effect of honey on radiation oral mucositis in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods Eighty patients diagnosed with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were entered into the trial.Enrolledpatients were divided to either the treatment group,receivingconventional oral careplus prior topical application of pure natural honey,or the control group,receivingconventional oral carewithout honey.Results There were no significant differences in age,sex,smoking history,body mass index,TNM stage,radiotherapy dose between the two groups.The incidence and severity of radioactive oral mucositis in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Treatment group had the delayed onset of severe oral mucositis.The pain in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion This study shows that prophylactic use of pure natural honey was effective in reducing oral mucositis resulting from radiochemotherapy in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
