摘　　要：目的探讨隐形矫治器对患者牙周指数以及AST和ALP的影响。方法选取2015年6月至2016年6月在沈阳市第七人民医院口腔科就诊的50例正畸患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组25例使用隐形矫治器,对照组25例使用直丝弓固定矫治器。比较两组患者治疗前后6个月菌斑指数(PLI)、牙龈指数(GI)和探诊深度(PD);比较患者龈沟液中的AST、ALP水平。结果治疗后试验组各项指标明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论隐形矫治器相比于直丝弓固定矫治器更加有利于患者的牙周健康。Objective To study the stealth and correcting device for patients with periodontal index and the influence of the AST and ALP. Methods In June 2015 to June 2016 in shenyang, the seventh people＇s hospital dental clinic in 50 cases of patients, randomly divided into experimental group and the control group, experimental group 25 cases using stealth rectification device, control group 25 cases With straight wire bow fixed appliance. Compare two groups of patients before and after treatment for 6 months plaque index （PLI）, gingival index （GI） and depth （PD）; Compared with the level ofAST, ALPin the gingiva groove liquid. Results Each index significantly lower than the control group after treatment test group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Stealth rectification device compared with the straight wire bow fixed appliance is more beneficial to the patient＇s periodontal health.
