摘　　要：化学实验室的管理工作包括药品的合理贮存与使用、实验准备工作、废液的回收等。高校化学实验的准备工作将会影响实验结果的准确性和实验教学质量。本文讨论了怎样成为一名合格的化学实验员。本文总结了高校化学实验室管理中存在的一些问题,并提出了相应的建议和对策。教学质量得到提高,学生的绿色环保意识也得到了提高。The management of chemistry laboratory was discussed from the use of chemical medicine, the preparation works for chemistry experiment and the recycling of waste liquid. University chemistry experiment＇s preparation will influence on the accuracy of experimental results and the experiment teaching quality. And some suggestions about how to be a qualified chemistry laboratory technician were put forward. Focused on management of university chemical laboratory, several typical problems were briefly summarized in this work. Subsequently, a series of corresponding measures were also carefully proposed. And the teaching quality was improved. The ability of students＇ awareness of environmental protection had been improved.
