摘　　要：教学过程中,学生主体意识缺乏,导致高校人才培养效果不佳。为此,本文分析了导致学生主体意识缺失的原因以及给高等教育人才培养带来的影响,并就此提出相关解决对策。The influence of lack of students＇ subject consciousness on teaching achievement in the teaching courses has led to the poor performance of university student training. To this end, this paper begins with the basic concept and connotation of subject consciousness, analyzes the causes of the lack of students＇ subject consciousness and the impact on the university student training, and puts forward relevant countermeasures.
