采用“三民主两集中”方法高效评定助学金的实践与研究——以云南师范大学为例

摘　　要：助学金评定是高校体现政府关怀行动的一项重要工作。文章采用实验法针对目前高校助学金评定工作中存在的一些问题进行了研究。以适度关心和保护学生隐私为基础,采用"三民主两集中"一道评选程序,实现公开、公平、公正地评选助学金。在班级实践此评定办法后,针对评定结果的满意度进行问卷调查,得到学生100%的肯定,说明此评定方法具有一定的科学性和可行性。Electing college student subsidies is an important work of college and university to reflect government care action.Aiming at some problems existing in the work of college student subsidies, and on the basis of moderately caring and protecting stu-dent privacy, this paper hopes to use three democracy and two centralism to elect college student subsidies fairly, justly and overtly.After the evaluation method practiced, the satisfaction of the questionnaire survey gets absolutely sure in view of the evaluation re-sults, and it also means the evaluation method can be practiced scientifically and feasibly.
