摘  要:为了提高表贴式永磁同步电动机的速度和位置观测性能,提出一种自适应同步滤波器和正交锁相环相结合的滑模观测器。首先,基于电机数学模型,构造滑模电流观测器,得到反电动势;其次,滤波器以锁相环计算的位置信号为参考,自适应调节带通截止频率,滤除反电动势中的大量抖振和谐波,并同步输出基波反电动势;之后,锁相环根据基波反电动势计算出转子速度和位置;最后,搭建Matlab/Simulink仿真模型和基于d SPACE半实物仿真实验平台。仿真和实验结果表明所提出的方法跟踪性能好并且对电机参数摄动具有很强的鲁棒性。In order to accelerate the speed and improve the position observation performance of surface-mounted permanent-magnet synchronous motor(SM-PMSM), a sliding mode observer(SMO) was proposed combined with adaptive synchronization filter(ASF) and quadrature phase lock loop(PLL). Firstly, based on the mathematical model of the motor, the sliding mode current observer was constructed and the back electromotive force(back-EMF) was obtained. Secondly, using the position signal calculated by the phase-locked loop as the reference, the filter adjusted the band-pass cut-off frequency adaptively, filtered out a large amount of buffeting and harmonics in the back electromotive force, and output the fundamental back-EMF synchronously. Then, the phase-locked loop calculated the rotor speed and position based on the fundamental back-EMF. Finally, a simulation model of Matlab/Simulink and a hardware-in-the-loop simulation platform based on d SPACE were built. Simulation and experimental results show that the proposed method has good tracking performance and robustness to motor parameter perturbation.
