摘　　要：目的:初步探索自拟愈疡散外涂联合生理盐水漱口治疗结肠癌化疗相关口腔黏膜炎的临床治疗效果,为该药的临床应用提供参考依据。方法:通过自拟愈疡散外涂联合生理盐水漱口方法治疗结肠癌化疗相关口腔黏膜炎,观察疗效指标,并比较与对照组的差异。结果:观察组化疗相关口腔黏膜炎总有效率为90.0%,明显高于对照组。结论:自拟愈疡散对于结肠癌化疗相关口腔黏膜炎患者有一定的治疗效果。Objective： To study primarily the clinical therapeutic efficacy of Zini Yuyang powder combination with normal saline in treatment of colon cancer patients with chemotherapy-related oral mucositis as well as to provide reference basis for the clinical application of the drug. Methods： Select patients accord with inclusion criteria of colon cancer with chemotherapy-related oral mucositis,observe curative effect indicators and analysis the difference between the observation group and control group through treatment of spreading Zini Yuyang powder on surface after rinsing mouth with normal saline. Results： Total effective rate in the observation group on healing chemotherapy-related oral mucositis was 90. 0%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group. Conclusion： Zini Yuyang powder is effective in the treatment of chemotherapy-related oral mucositis and which has great significance in further study of the disease.
