摘 要:目的:探讨"瓜蒌反草乌"配伍对草乌收缩血管效应的影响及其初步机理。方法:采用体外小肠翻转囊法制备草乌、草乌与瓜蒌不同比例配伍的含药肠吸收液,分别观察对基础状态,PE、KCl、普萘洛尔预处理离体胸主动脉环舒缩功能的影响。结果:草乌可引起基础状态血管环收缩,使PE、KCL和普萘洛尔预刺激血管环进一步收缩。不同比例的草乌瓜蒌配伍均可不同程度地引起基础状态、PE、KCL和普萘洛尔预刺激血管环的收缩,其中,配伍对基础状态、普萘洛尔预处理血管环的收缩作用明显强于单味草乌(P<0.05,P﹤0.01),但对PE与KCl预刺激血管环的收缩作用明显弱于单味草乌(P<0.05,P﹤0.01)。结论:草乌对各种状态的血管环均有收缩效应;配伍后,瓜蒌可双向调节草乌的血管收缩效应,该现象可能与瓜蒌双向调节血管平滑肌细胞外钙离子内流的作用有关。Objective: To investigate the vasoconstrictive effect of Trichosanthes anti Aconitum compatibility and its preliminary mechanism; Methods: Intestinal absorption solution containing Aconitum,Aconitum and Trichosanthes with different ratio were prepared by reversed intestinal sacs in vitro,the vasomotoricity was observed on the basic state,PE,KCl,or propranolol pretreatment of thoracic aortic rings. Results: Aconitum can cause vascular ring of basic state contraction,made PE,KCl and propranolol pre stimulated vascular rings further contraction. Different proportions of Aconitum and Trichosanthes compatibility can result in different level of contraction on basic state,PE or KCl pre stimulated vascular rings,made the contraction of vascular rings which propranolol pretreatment,among them,the contraction of compatibility on the basic state,propranolol pretreatment of vascular rings were stronger than the single Aconitum( P〈0. 05,P〈0. 01),but the contraction on the PE or KCl pre stimulated vascular rings were weaker than single Aconitum( P〈0. 05,P〈0. 01). Conclusion: Aconitum has a contraction effect on the vascular rings of various states; Vasoconstriction response of Aconitum can can be two-way regulated by Trichosanthes after compatibility,this phenomenon may be related with Trichosanthes bidirectional regulation of vascular smooth muscle cell calcium ions in the flow effect.
