摘 要:微型轴承加工磨床所使用的横向进给,主要采用三相反应式步进电机75BF003,本文在分析使用环境的基础上,根据三相反应式步进电机的控制规律,深入研究步进电机微步距控制技术,并选取合适的绕组电流波形及相关数学模型,充分利用微控制器设计技术,在硬件设计、软件设计、提高系统可靠性等方面作了一些探索,并设计出控制精度高、运行稳定性好、维护方便的细分控制步进驱动器。Horizontal feeding to micro bearing processing grinder,which was mainly used of three-phase reaction step motor 75 BF003.In the paper,step motor tiny step control technology was deeply researched on,appropriate winding current wave and related mathematical model were selected based on the analysis of the principle on three-phase reaction step motor,and micro-controller technology was made full use of,according to the usable environment.In the last,one highly control accuracy、operation stability、easily maintenance divided control step motor was proposed,according to the exploration on hardware design、software design and the improvement on system reliability.
