摘　　要：护士规范化培训是使护理专业毕业生顺利完成从理论知识到实际工作能力转变的重要措施。因为儿科的特殊性,需要护士更多的耐心,对护理人员会有一些特殊要求。新护士是护理团队中新生力量,护士的整体素质很重要,会影响到团队的整体护理质量。为满足儿科临床护理工作的需要,同时保证护理质量,本科对规范化培训护士采取了三站式培训。Standardized training of nurses is an important measure to make nursing graduates successfully complete the transition from theoretical knowledge to practical work ability.Because of the particularity of pediatrics,nurses need more patience,and there will be some special requirements for nursing staff.The new nurse is a new force in the nursing team,and the overall quality of the nurses is very important.It will affect the overall quality of care team.Therefore,in order to meet the needs of pediatric clinical nursing work,while ensure the quality of care,our department adopt the three station training for standardized training nurses.
