摘　　要：当前高校毕业生面临严峻的就业形势,个性化的需求也越来越高。有效的职业咨询能够帮助大学生进行科学的职业生涯规划,为学生提供个性化的服务。基于职业咨询在高校开展的必要性与需求,本文通过分析高校开展咨询的困境,思考并探索职业咨询可以在高校中应用的方法和手段,创新职业咨询与大学生就业工作相结合的工作服务模式,从而实现学生更加成功的就业,发挥更大的社会价值。Currently, college graduates are confronted with a se-vere employment situation, and the demand for individualizationis becoming increasingly higher. Effective career counseling canhelp college students to carry out a scientific career planning andprovide personalized service for them. This thesis analyses fromthe necessity and difficulties of career counseling in colleges, andattempts to put forwarda series of methods and means of coun-seling applied in colleges, so as to better combine career coun-seling and college students＇ employment, and enable students tobe more successful in employment, thus playing a greater socialvalue.
