摘　　要：引入生态位理念梳理民族地区档案工作与民族工作之间的关系,阐释民族地区档案工作生态位的价值,进而分析民族地区档案工作生态位面临的宽度和重叠冲击,从意识形态、理念创新、实践层面提出推进民族地区档案工作生态位调适的几点建议。In this paper, the niche concept is introduced to comb the relationship between archives work and national work in minority areas. At the same time, the value of niche in archives work in minority areas is illustrated and then the width and overlapping impact of the niche is analysed. Based on this, some suggestions to promote the niche in archives work in minority areas from the perspective of ideology, concept innovation and practice are put forward.
