摘　　要：目的探讨对上颌窦外提升术患者进行围手术期护理的配合要点,减少术后并发症。方法选择2013~2016年就诊于海南省口腔医学中心的10例,均因上颌后牙区(单侧或双侧)剩余骨量不足需行上颌窦外提升术的患者。对其进行围手术期采取一系列的针对性护理措施,即术前口腔健康教育、心理安抚支持、术中医护配合、术后定期随访。结果 10例患者围手术期心理相对平稳,术中能主动配合。术中良好的医护配合也保证了手术的顺利进行。术后随访(1~6个月)所有患者恢复良好,均成功接受后期牙种植修复。结论对于上颌窦提升术的患者来说,正确的口腔健康宣教、充分的术前准备、有效的围手术期护理和术中良好的医护配合是手术成功的重要保证。Objective To explore the perioperative nursing of oral patients with sinus lift surgery,in order to reduce postoperative complications.Methods To chooses the ten patients which were due to the maxillary posterior region （unilateral or bilateral）residual bone defects of sinus lift surgery .All cases were presented between 2013-2016 in Hainan stomatological Center.There were a series of targeted nursing measures were adopted In the perioperative ,such as preoperative oral health education,psychological comfort support,postoperative nursing care and postoperative follow-up.Results 10 cases of patients could active cooperation in the operation and had perioperative psychological relatively stable.During the operation,the good cooperation between doctors and nurses also ensured the smooth operation.All the patients were followed up for 1～6 months,and recovered well.Conclusion The proper oral health education,adequate preoperative preparation,effective perioperative nursing and good medical cooperation is an important guarantee of successful operation for sinus lift surgery Patients.
