摘 要:在汽车领域内,节能、减排和轻量化技术已成为一大研究方向,各大汽车生产厂家尽其所能降低其整车重量,目的即在于提高竞争力。铝合金材料以其低密度的优势被越来越多地应用于汽车零部件,对整车轻量化贡献巨大。文章以某商用车后防护栏为研究对象,用铝合金替代原来的钢制件,实现降重7.2kg,降重率50.3%,有限元分析显示,其强度满足ECE R58法规要求。In the field of automotive, energy saving, emission reduction and lightweight technology has become a major research direction, the car manufacturers do their best to reduce the weight of its vehicle, the purpose is to improve competitiveness. Aluminum alloy material with its low-density advantage is more and more used in automotive parts, the contribution of vehicle weight is huge. In this paper, a commercial vehicle rear guard bar as the object of study, with aluminum instead of the original steel parts, to achieve a reduction of 7.2kg, weight loss rate of 50.3%, finite element analysis shows that its strength to meet the ECE R58 regulatory requirements.
