摘  要:通过盆栽试验,以壶瓶碎米荠(Cardamine hupingshanensis)为试验材料,研究了不同施硒处理(0、40、80、120、140、160、200和300 mg kg^(-1))后壶瓶碎米荠各部位硒含量、分布特征,以及硒对壶瓶碎米荠产量和品质的影响。结果表明:适量施硒(≤200 mg kg^(-1))促进壶瓶碎米荠生长,植株生物量、可食用部分产量和品质均显著提升;而过量施硒(≥300 mg kg^(-1))抑制壶瓶碎米荠生长,植株生物量减少,品质下降。施硒能够显著提高壶瓶碎米荠各部位的硒含量,其根、茎、叶中最高硒含量分别为CK处理的1080、1599和1403倍,硒在各部位的分配为叶>根>茎,主要存在硒形态为Se Cys2,各部位硒含量与土壤施硒浓度呈非线性相关。如果以各部位的硒含量为评价标准,土壤硒含量为140 mg kg^(-1)时,适宜培养壶瓶碎米荠。A pot experiment with Cardamine hupingshanensis was conducted to study the effects of applying different selenium(Se) concentrations(0,40,80,120,140,160,200 and 300 mg kg^-1) on the Se accumulation profiles in plant organs,crop yield,and its quality.Se stimulated the growth of Cardamine hupingshanensis and improved its biomass,edible part and quality significantly at low concentrations(≤200 mg kg^-1).However,Se at the concentration more than 300 mg kg^-1 inhibited the growth of Cardamine hupingshanensis and decreased the dry mass accumulation,grain yield,and its quality.After applying Se(140 mg kg^-1),the Se contents in the roots,stems and leaves were the highest at the140 mg kg^-1 of Se,and they were,respectively,1080,1599,and 1403 times than those in CK treatment.Moreover,the Se concentrations in different plant tissues were decreased in the order of leafrootstem.The main Se form was SeCys2.Furthermore,the Se concentration in the plant tissues had a non-linear correlation with it in soil.As a result,Se concentration in soil at 140 mg kg^-1 was more valuable to plant Cardamine hupingshanensis when taking the Se accumulation amount in plant tissues as the evaluation standard.
