摘  要:[目的]制备嘧菌酯微囊悬浮剂并检测关键指标。[方法]以脲醛树脂为囊材、甲苯为溶剂、SD-811为分散剂,采用高效液相色谱仪测定微胶囊悬浮剂的有效成分含量和包封率。[结果]制成的6%微胶囊接近球形,表面光滑,粒径在1~15μm之间。微胶囊悬浮剂有效成分含量为5.77%,包封率为95.67%,悬浮率为81.6%。分析方法具有较好的线性关系(相关系数为0.9993),标准偏差为0.09,变异系数为1.52%,平均回收率为97.27%。[结论]在选定条件下制备的微胶囊形貌较好,具有良好的包覆性能。[Aims] The aims were to prepare azoxystrobin microcapsules suspension and analyze its key quality indexes.[Methods] The azoxystrobin microcapsules suspension(CS) was prepared with urea-formaldehyde resin as wall materials,methylbenzene as solvent, SD-811 as dispersant. The effective content and encapsulation efficiency of microcapsule suspension were determined by high performance liquid chromatography( HPLC). [Results] The azoxystrobin 6% microcapsule suspension was close to the spherical shape, the surface was smooth and the particle size was 1-15 μm. The effective content of the microcapsule suspension was 5.77%, the encapsulation efficiency was95.67%, and the suspension rate was 81.6%. The analytical method had excellent linear correlation, the linear correlation was 0.9993, the standard deviation was 0.09, the coefficient of variation was 1.52%, and the average recovery was 97.27%. [Conclusions] Under the selected conditions, the microcapsule showed good morphology and encapsulation efficiency.
