中药QHF复方联合化疗方案治疗肺癌临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察QHF联合方案治疗肺癌的效果。方法:以2010年6月~2013年6月在我院治疗的肺癌患者为观察对象,根据其治疗方案分为QHF方案组、QHF方案+化疗组和单纯化疗组,每组各40例。比较三组患者生存率、治疗前后肿瘤标志物和生活质量的差异。结果:三组患者1年、2年和3年生存率存在明显差别:QHF方案+化疗组患者生存率明显高于QHF方案组和单纯化疗组,而QHF方案组和单纯化疗组间无明显差异;三组患者治疗前CYFRA21-1、NSE和TPS水平无明显差别,治疗后三组患者的上述指标均有所下降,且QHF方案+化疗组患者下降更为明显(P<0.05),QHF方案组和单纯化疗组患者无明显差别;三组患者治疗前生活质量各维度得分无明显差别,治疗后,三组患者生活质量各维度得分均增加,且QHF方案+化疗组患者升高更为明显(P<0.05),QHF方案组和单纯化疗组患者无明显差别;QHF方案+化疗组和QHF方案组患者不良反应的发生例数明显低于单纯化疗组(P<0.05)。结论:QHF方案+小剂量化疗药物诱导联合治疗对肺癌有较好的治疗效果,可明显降低肿瘤标志物水平,提高患者的生活质量。Objective： To observe the effect of using QHF combined with chemotherapy program in the treatment of lung cancer. Methods： Lung cancer patients treated in our hospital from June 2010to June 2013were selected as the observation object, according to the treatment plan which was divided into QHF solution group, QHF solution＋chemotherapy group and chemotherapy alone group, 40eases in each group. Results ： The combination of QHF regimen and low dose chemotherapy can significantly reduce the level of tumor markers and improve the quality of life of patients with lung cancer. The differences of tumor markers and quality of life were compared between the three groups before and after treatment, lyear, 2years and 3years survival rates of the three were significantly different： QHF regimen＋chemotherapy group patients survival rate was significantly higher than the QHF regimen group and chemotherapy group, while the QHF regimen group and chemotherapy group had no significant difference between the two groups. Three groups of patients with treatment of CYFRA21 - 1, NSE and TPS level had no signifi- cant difference, the above indexes of the three groups of patients had been declined after treatment and QHF program＋chemotherapy group were decreased more significantly （ P〈0. 05 ）, QHF group and the chemotherapy group was no significant difference. Three groups of patients with treatment before each dimension of quality of life scores had no significant difference, after treatment, the quality of life of patients in two groups each dimension scores were increased and QHF program＋chemotherapy group increased more obvious （ P〈0. 05 ）, QHF group and chemotherapy group were no significant difference. The incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower in the patients with QHF regimen plus chemotherapy group and QHF regimen group than in the chemotherapy alone group （P〈0. 05）.
