摘 要:在焚烧链霉素菌渣前需将菌渣含水率降低至20%,采用桨叶式干燥机、旋转闪蒸干燥机、软体造粒机和立式盘式干燥剂两级干燥方法,对链霉素原料药菌渣进行了干燥实验。实验结果表明,造粒机加盘式干燥机两级干燥原料药菌渣技术工艺先进,可满足菌渣干燥后焚烧处理对含水率的要求,但需进一步对每种菌渣干燥过程中蒸汽量的干燥时间的控制进行探究。Before incineration of streptomycin residue,the water content of mushroom residue should be reduced to 20%.Drying experiment for streptomycin residue were done using the methods of paddle dryer,spin flash dryer and two stage drying technology combined by soft wave granulator and vertical disc dryer.The experimental results show that the two stage drying technology combined by soft wave granulator and vertical disc dryer used for drying of raw material bacterial residue drug is advanced,can meet requirement of water content during incineration process after bacterial residue is dried.It is necessary to further reseach the control of the steam capacity drying time and drying process of each bacterial residue.
