摘 要:针对路基石灰剂量检测不准确的问题,结合路基土的实际工作及环境状态,从压实度、拌灰含水率及养护方法入手,全面分析了现行EDTA消耗量检测制样方法的不合理性,依据分析结论对现行EDTA消耗量检测的制样方法进行改进,提出了一套针对路基实际工作环境的EDTA消耗量检测的制样方法,采用2种土类(非膨胀土与膨胀土)进行了2种制样方法的灰剂量检测对比试验,结果显示,采用改进后的EDTA消耗量检测制样方法所测得的灰剂量随着时间的衰减率明显小于规范的制样方法,可以较准确地检测出土样的灰剂量,证明了改进制样方法的合理性。The inaccurate problem of lime-content testing in lime soil subgrade is examined in combination of the actual environmental status of subgrade soil. By examining the compaction degree and water content of the mixed ash and the maintenance methods, the irrationality of sample preparation methods in the current lime- content testing are analyzed, and the preparation methods of EDTA consume testing is modified and a set methods of EDTA consumption sample preparation considering the work environment of subgrade is proposed. The comparison tests of different lime-content in two preparation methods are conducted. The results show that the attenuation ratio of the verification methods of EDTA consumption is less than that of the specification methods. The former can accurately test the lime-content of soil. The modified sample preparation is more reasonable. It offers a preparation methods of lime-content testing in subgrade which is suitable to the practical engineering.
