新医改形势下以“临床药学服务”为导向的医院药学实习教学模式构建与实践

摘　　要：笔者在医院药学实习教学中,引入"临床药学服务"为导向的实践教学模式,并与"翻转课堂"教学法相结合,这种教学模式生动活泼、实践性强,调动了学生学习的自主性和积极性。通过让学生参与不良反应上报、典型病例治疗等临床活动锻炼学生的临床实践能力和思维能力等技能,使学生在完成医院药学实习的同时,掌握一定的临床药学服务技能,把实习学生带入"药学服务"专业轨道的门槛,为今后在医院药房、社会药房进行药学服务专业工作打下坚实的基础,是一个值得推广的教学模式。During hospital pharmacy practical teaching,we introduced the practical teaching mode guided by the Clinical Pharmacy Services combined with Flipped Classroom teaching method.This teaching mode was so vivid and practical that it could mobilize the students＇ learning autonomy and initiative.By allowing students to participate in clinical activities,such as reporting drug adverse reaction and treating typical disease cases,and so on,the students＇ abilities of clinical practice and thinking ability were improved,students could master the skills of clinical pharmacy services when they finished hospital pharmacy practice experiences,the intern students were led into the door of professional pharmacy services.Through this training,the students would be benefit of the strong professional skills they mastered in pharmacy services work in future.Altogether,the hospital pharmacy practical teaching mode guided by the Clinical Pharmacy Services combined with Flipped Classroom teaching method is worthy of recommendation.
