葡萄糖和果糖对海捕野生大黄鱼精子活力的影响

摘  要:给7尾体质量325~520g的成熟海捕野生大黄鱼注射促黄体素释放激素类似物5μg/kg后采精液,在4℃(冰箱)下取出,以0、100、200、300、400、500、600、700、800、900mmol/L的葡萄糖溶液或果糖的海水溶液激活,观察大黄鱼精子活力,以精子的激烈运动、摇尾运动、缓慢运动和寿命作为评价指标,建立数学模型。试验结果表明,500mmol/L葡萄糖溶液和600mmol/L果糖溶液对大黄鱼精子活力的影响显著高于其他浓度(P<0.05);527mmol/L葡萄糖溶液和614mmol/L果糖溶液能最大限度地延长大黄鱼精子的激烈运动时间;葡萄糖溶液浓度为559mmol/L、果糖溶液浓度为597mmol/L能最大限度地提高大黄鱼精子的寿命;葡萄糖对大黄鱼精子活力的影响高于果糖。The activation and motility of spermatozoa collected from captured wild male large yellow croaker(Psuedosciana crocea)with body weight of(325—520)g were investigated under different concentrations(0—900 mmol/L in a 100 mmol/L interval)of glucose or fructose solution,by a mathematical model.The results showed that the 500 mmol/L glucose solution and 600 mmol/L fructose solution had greater influence on sperm motility than others(P〈0.05).It was found that the maximal movement time was observed in the sperm exposed to 527 mmol/L glucose solution and 614 mmol/L fructose solution compared with others,and 559 mmol/L glucose solution and 597 mmol/L fructose solution were the most effective one to prolong the sperm longevity.There was more motility in the sperm exposed to glucose solution than in the sperm exposed to fructose solution.
