玻璃体腔内注射曲安奈德治疗渗出型老年性黄斑变性的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨玻璃体腔内注射曲安奈德治疗渗出型老年性黄斑变性临床效果。方法选择笔者所在医院2015年1月至2017年6月期间的渗出型老年性黄斑变性患者共100例,两组患者均给予一般的干预措施,包括饮食、生活等方式,控制患者的血压血糖值正常范围,对照组患者给予常规的口服或者静脉用药。观察组患者给予的是玻璃体腔内注射曲安奈德治疗,在手术后3个月进行随访,对比观察治疗前和治疗后的最佳矫正视力(采用Snellen视力评估表进行评估)、眼压、黄斑中心凹厚度(采用OCT-1000检测仪进行测量)等情况。结果两组患者干预后矫正视力均显著上升,眼压显著下降,黄斑中心凹的厚度有所下降,均有统计学差异(P<0.05);干预后组间比较,观察组显著优于对照组,均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论玻璃体腔内注射曲安奈德治疗渗出型老年性黄斑变性临床效果满意,能够显著提高患者的视力,不良反应较少,值得在有条件的医院眼科应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of intravitreal injection of triamcinolone acetonide in the treatment of exudative age-related macular degeneration.Methods A total of 100 patients with exudative age-related macular degeneration were selected from January 2015 to June 2017.All the patients were given general interventions,including diet,lifestyle,etc.,to control the patient＇s blood pressure Blood glucose normal range,the control group of patients given conventional oral or intravenous medication.The patients in the observation group were given intravitreal injection of triamcinolone acetonide and were followed up for 3 months after surgery to compare the best corrected visual acuity before and after treatment（assessed using the Snellen visual assessment table）,intraocular pressure,macular Center concave thickness（measured using OCT-1000 detector） and so on.Results The corrected visual acuity of the two groups increased significantly,the intraocular pressure decreased significantly and the thickness of the macular fovea decreased,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Compared with the control group,the observation group was significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Intravitreous injection of triamcinolone acetonide in the treatment of exudative age-related macular degeneration is satisfactory and can significantly improve the patient＇s vision and less adverse reactions,and is worthy of application in conditional hospital ophthalmology.
