摘  要:以中国农业大学792份学生问卷为样本,对校园体育促进大学生健全人格培养的效果与发展对策进行调查研究。结果表明:92.68%的受访者肯定校园体育促进大学生健全人格培养的效果,包括有效提升大学生的意志和品质、构建和谐人际关系、培养团结精神、提升社会适应能力、调节缓解心理情绪和保持生活态度积极向上等。80.93%受访者对提升校园体育建设促进大学生健全人格培养持支持态度,提出增加室内室外体育设施、普及体育知识、指导校园体育活动、免费开放体育场馆的受访者比例分别为25.40%、20.63%、19.05%和18.25%。提出政策支持和资金保障、宣传引导和活动载体、加强研究和推陈出新引领校园体育促进大学生健全人格培养可持续发展的建议。The practice effect and developing strategy of campus sports on promoting the cultivation of student' s healthy personality( HP) were investigated based on the survey samples of 792 college students from China Agricultural University.The results indicated that 92.68% of interviewee approved the effect of campus sports on promoting college students' cultivation of HP largely focused on improving the students' will and quality,constructing the harmonious interpersonal relationship,cultivating the team spirit,enhancing the ability of social adaptation,measuring and relieving the mental and emotional feeling,keeping the positive attitude towards life.80.93% of interviewee agreed that campus sports pushed HP of college students,the ratio to increase the facilities of indoor and outdoor sports,to popularize the sports knowledge,to guide the activities of campus sports,to open campus stadium free are 25.40%,20.63%,19.05%,and 18.25%,respectively.The author proposed that policy and fund supporting,propaganda guidance and project carrier,strengthen study and making progress are the principle for sustainable developing of the cultivation of student's HP in college campus sports.
