银杏酮酯分散片联合阿司匹林对缺血性脑卒中患者血液流变学及神经功能缺损的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨银杏酮酯分散片联合阿司匹林对缺血性脑卒中患者血液流变学及神经功能缺损的影响。方法选择82例急性缺血性脑卒中患者为研究对象,分为2组,每组41例。对照组患者予阿司匹林(100 mg/d)等常规治疗,观察组患者联合口服银杏酮酯分散片(150 mg/次,3次/d),分别观察24周。对治疗前第1周(V_0)、治疗后第2周(V_1)、第3周(V_2)、第4周(V_3)2组患者临床治疗表现、治疗前后的血液流变化情况以及神经功能缺损变化等进行观察记录。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为87.80%,明显高于对照组的73.17%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后2组患者血液流变学指标有明显的下降,其中血液流变学指标包括血红蛋白、血液全血比黏度、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原等差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后患者的NIHSS分值也出现明显下降,观察组NIHSS分值低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论银杏酮酯分散片联合阿司匹林对缺血性脑卒患者治疗能够有效改善其血液黏滞情况,降低神经功能缺损状态,从而提高患者临床疗效,使其尽快治愈。Objective To investigate the effects of Ginkgo biloba dispersible tablets combined with aspirin on Hemorheology and neurological deficits in patients with ischemic stroke. Methods 82 cases of acute ischemic stroke patients were randomly divided into two groups ,41 cases in each group. The control group was given aspirin （ 100 mg/d） and other conventional treatment. The observation group was treated with Ginkgo biloba dispersible tablets（ 150 mg/d）. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. The changes of hemorheology indexes and the scores of neurological deficits before and after treatment were compared. Results The total efficiency rate in the observation group was 87.80% ,it was significantly higher than the control group which was 73.17% ,the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, the hemorheology including whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, hematocrit and fibrinogen was significantly decreased which was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was of statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The NIHSS scores in both groups after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment, but the observation group were lower than the control group,the difference was of statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Ginkgo biloba dispersible tablets combined with aspirin in the treatment of ischemic stroke can effectively improve the patient＇s blood viscosity and improve the nerve function damage degree and the clinical efficacy and prognosis of patients.
