摘　　要：设F是域,研究域F上3阶严格上三角矩阵代数的Rota-Baxter算子,通过计算Rota-Baxter算子在基元素上的作用,确定了它所有的Rota-Baxter算子。Let F be a field. The Rota-Baxter operators on the algebra of 3 × 3 strictly upper triangular ma- trices are studied. By computing the images of base elements under Rota-Baxter operators, all of the Ro- ta-Baxter operators on the algebra of 3 ×3 strictly upper triangular matrices are determined.
