摘 要:伺服液压缸是液压滚切剪机的主要执行元件,需卧式铰接安装输出曲线力。为了避免缸筒自身重力所引起的拉缸、泄漏以及输出力不足等现象,提出一种在伺服缸端底铰接一个支撑小缸的新型支撑结构以及配套控制系统。该控制系统需要精确控制小缸压力和位移,使其保证伺服缸的活塞杆全程无摩擦运行,并针对所需工况,设计了压力、位置双闭环独立PID伺服控制系统。通过对压力、位置控制系统耦合特性的分析和研究,进行解耦运算,推导出该系统的数学模型,并由李雅普诺夫第二法分析其稳定性。为了进一步验证压力、位置双闭环独立PID控制系统的合理性,运用MATLAB/Simulink分别对其进行仿真控制,最终证明了该控制系统的可行性与可靠性,实现了对支撑小缸的压力和位置的精确控制。Servo hydraulic cylinder is the core component of hydraulic rolling shear,which often requires horizontal articulated installation to output curve force.In order to avoid cylinder seuffing,leakage and insufficient output power caused by the gravity of cylinder itself,a novel support structure in which servo cylinder end hinge,a support cylinder was proposed along with its supporting control system.The control system needs to precisely control the pressure and displacement of the support of linder,so as to ensure the ful-ceroke and friction-less operation of the servo cylinder piston rod.As to this,the servo control system of a double closed-loop independent PID based on pressure-position was designed.Through the analysis and research on the coupling characteristics of pressure and position control system,the decoupling operation was carried out,the mathematical model of the system was deduced,and the stability of the system was analyzed by Lyapunov's Second Method.In order to verify the rationality of the pressure and position independent double loop PID control system,MATLAB/Simulink was used for simulation.Finally,it was proved that the control system is feasible and reliable in achieving the precise control of pressure and position of supporting cylinder.
