摘 要:本研究聚焦英语科目,通过调查问卷与访谈,对浙江省高考外语“一年两考”改革新模式的反拨效应进行了研究。对调查问卷的因子分析与访谈结果显示:“一年两考”改革对高中阶段的教与学可以产生积极反拨效应。具体体现为:教师与学生更加注重写作技能的训练与提高;降低学生的考试焦虑感,基本上可实现政策初衷。然而,改革对教师教学进度的安排形成一些不利冲击:教师对两考时间设置有明显的不适应感与抱怨情绪:高考口语测评的缺失也在一定程度上对教学产生消极影响。研究结果可为今后外语高考的深化改革提供借鉴。With English as a focus, the present study investigates the washback effect of the new model of twice-a-year foreign language test in NCEE(National College Entrance Examination) in Zhejiang Province through a questionnaire and an interview. A factor analysis of questionnaires and interview information show that this reform can produce positive washback effects: teachers and students lay more emphasis on the training and refinement of writing skills; it reduces students' testing anxiety and thus realizes the reform's original intention. However, some negative washback effects exist: teachers show apparent discomfort and complaint about the time setting of the two tests and the lack of evaluation of speaking skill in the test battery exerts negative effects on high school English teaching and learning. It is hoped that these findings will provide constructive implications to further advance the reform of NCEE.
