摘  要:教育管理细节化可以使教育管理更加规范细致,但是管得太宽、太细也会导致部分优秀教师资源被束缚在管理机制中,制约教育管理效益的最大化。教育管理有必要通过合适的路径适当从精细化向粗放式方式发展,通过优化和缩减教育管理内容,简化教育管理模式等方式,使更多的教师资源从管理机制中释放出来。Detailed educational management can make the educational .management more normative and meticulous, but too many constraints and details will confine some .excellent teachers in the management mechanism and restrict the maximized benefit of educational management. So it is necessary, for educational management to properly develop from the detail to the extensiveness through appropriate methods, to reduce the management investment by optimizing the content of educational management, and to release more teacher resources from the management mechanism by means of optimizing and shrinking the content of educational management and simplifying the mode of educational management.
