摘 要:针对大型挖掘机回转液压系统能量浪费较大的问题,以某企业CED1000-7挖掘机为研究对象,在研究其传统开式液压回转系统能量损耗的基础上,分析该系统原理,设计出闭式回转系统。通过闭式回转系统模型搭建、理论计算和AMESim软件仿真,得出挖掘机闭式回转系统仿真曲线,验证该闭式回转系统较开式回转系统节能1 195.5kJ。Aiming at the problem of large energy waste in large excavator slewing hydraulic systems, taking CED1000-7 excavatoras the research object, in the study of the traditional open-type hydraulic slewing system energy loss, the principle of the system wasanalyzed and the closed rotary system was designed. Through model building, theoretical calculation and AMESim simulation for theclosed rotary system, the simulation curves of the closed rotary system of excavator were obtained. It is verified that the closed systemcan save 1 195.5 kJ than the open system.
