摘  要:设计一套随动装置来降低齿轮箱摆动对动车轮对动平衡测试产生的影响。动车轮对动平衡测量时,由于齿轮箱的存在,会使轮对动平衡测试不够准确。此随动装置使用液压伺服驱动,可限制齿轮箱的横向摆动,使齿轮箱在轮对动平衡测量时可以跟随主轴运动,降低齿轮箱的摆动对动平衡测试产生的影响。设计随动装置的机械工作平台,同时对随动装置液压系统进行了设计并通过AMESim与ADAMS仿真验证了此装置的可行性。结果表明,此液压随动装置能有效降低齿轮箱的摆动对轮对动平衡测试产生的影响。A follow-up device was put forward to reduce the influence of the swing of the gear box on the dynamic balance test ofthe train wheel set. Due to the existence of the gear box, the dynamic balance test of the train wheel set is not accurate enough. Thisfollow-up device was driven by hydraulic servo, which could limit the transverse swing of the gear box, letting the gear box follow themovement of the main shaft in the dynamic balance test of the wheel set, reducing the effect of swing of the gear box on the dynamicbalance test . The mechanical working platform of the follow-up device was designed, at the same time, the hydraulic system was de-signed and simulated to verify the feasibility of this device. The results show that the hydraulic follow-up device can effectively reducethe effect of gear swing on the wheel set dynamic balance test.
