摘　　要：进行性外层视网膜坏死(PORN)是一种破坏性、迅速发展的坏死性疱疹性视网膜病变,早期即可出现较严重的视网膜病变,可迅速累及黄斑,晚期则可能导致视神经萎缩和视网膜脱离。临床诊断较为困难。治疗该病需要长期使用1种或多种抗病毒药物及高效联合抗反转录病毒治疗(HAART),有时甚至需要联合激光或手术治疗,且不良反应较多。PORN多预后不良。因此早期正确诊断和选择正确的治疗方法对于该病的治疗有着重要的意义。本文就PORN的诊断与治疗作一综述。Progressive outer retinal necrosis （PORN）is a kind of destructive, rapid developed necrotizing herpetic retinopathy. In the early stage of the disease, there may be a serious retinal lesion, which can quickly involve the macula,and may lead to optic atrophy and retinal detachment in the end. The clinical diagnosis is difficult. The treatment of the disease requires long-term use of one or more antiviral drugs and highly active antiretroviral therapy （HAART）, sometimes even to be combined with laser or surgery, but with much side-effect and bad prognosis. Therefore, early diagnosis and correct treatment of the disease is of great significance for the treatment of this disease. This article reviews the progress of the diagnosis and treatment of PORN.
