摘 要:以北京市北神树生活垃圾填埋场的陈腐垃圾和渗滤液为菌源,采用可溶性淀粉作为碳源,筛选得到厌氧淀粉水解菌,鉴定了淀粉水解菌株的纯度,分析了菌株的生长特性。采用GC-MS分析可溶性淀粉水解过程产生的气体样品中VOCs种类和浓度。结果显示,实验筛选的菌株为革兰氏阴性纯菌,呈长杆状,存在鞭毛。菌株最适温度为37℃,最适pH为8;以可溶性淀粉为碳源时,菌株挥发性有机物产物包括烷烃、萜类、烯烃、芳香烃、含氧化合物以及含氮化合物,各类VOCs物质的产生均呈现先上升后下降的趋势,其中烷烃和萜类物质的浓度最高,为主要恶臭成分。By using soluble starch as the carbon source,a anaerobic hydrolysis bacteria was isolated from the aged solid waste and leachate in Bei-Shen-Shu Sanitary Landfill in Beijing.The purity of the starch hydrolysis bacteria was identified and the growth characteristics of the strain were analyzed.GC-MS was used to analyze the types and concentrations of VOCs in the gas samples from the hydrolysis of soluble starch.The results showed that the strain was Gram-negative bacteria,which was long rod-like and had flagellum.The optimum temperature was 37 ℃ and the optimum pH was 8.When the soluble starch was used as the carbon source,the volatile organic products of the strain included alkanes,terpenes,olefins,aromatic hydrocarbons,oxygen compounds and nitrogen compounds.The concentration of VOCs increased at first and then decreased,and the alkane and terpene among them had the highest concentration,which were the main odorous substances.
