摘　　要：解决问题能力是化学学习能力和学科素养的外在表现。化学学科在人类面临的能源、环境等方面担负着重要责任,发挥着重要作用。在化学学科核心素养中,解决实际问题是学生未来发展的关键能力,而具有高度的社会责任感是学生面向社会的必备品格。本文在分析了2017年高考理综化学(天津卷)试题特点和对考生的作答表现进行诊断性评价的基础上,重点提出提高解决问题能力的教学建议,为发展学生核心素养提供有益的参考。The ability to solve problems is the external manifestation of the ability to learn and the quality of the subject. Chemistry plays an important responsibility and plays an important role in the energy and environment of human being. In the core literacy of chemistry,solving practical problems is the key ability of students ＇ future development,and a high sense of social responsibility is a necessary character for students to face the society. Based on the analysis of the 2017 college entrance examination chemistry（ Tianjin）,the diagnostic evaluation of test characteristics and the candidates answer performance,this paper focuses on the analysis of the ability to solve the problem,and provides a useful reference for the development of students＇ core competence.
