帕利哌酮缓释片治疗老年痴呆精神行为障碍的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察帕利哌酮缓释片治疗老年痴呆精神行为障碍的临床效果和安全性。方法随机将老年痴呆伴有精神行为障碍的患者68例分为观察组和对照组,每组34例。观察组选用帕利哌酮缓释片进行治疗;对照组选用利培酮片进行治疗。使用阳性和阴性症状评定量表(PANSS)、药物不良反应量表(TESS),在治疗第2周、第6周和第8周末评定2组患者治疗后的效果和不良反应发生情况。结果治疗第8周末,观察组总有效率为85.3%,对照组总有效率为82.3%,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组PASSN量表评分均较治疗前显著下降(P<0.01),同一时段2组间PASSN评分比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。2组患者不良反应的发生率基本相同,观察组锥体外系不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论帕利哌酮缓释片治疗老年痴呆精神行为障碍均疗效确切,不良反应少,安全性好。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Paliperidone in the treatment of mental disorders in elderly patients with dementia. Methods 68 patients with senile dementia were divided into the study group and control group according to the principle of random with 34 cases in each group. The study group was given Paliperidone ExtendedRelease Tablets treatment,while the control group was treated with Risperidone Tablets. At the 2 nd,6 th and 8 th weeks after the treatment,the positive and negative symptom scale（ PANSS） and treatment emergent symptom scale（ TESS） were used to assess the efficacy and adverse reactions. Results At the end of the 8 th week,the total effective rate was 85. 3% in the observation group and 82. 3% in the control group. There was no significant difference between the two groups（ P 0. 05）. After treatment,the two groups PASSN scale scores were significantly decreased（ P 0. 01）. There was no significant difference in PASSN score between the two groups in the same period（ P 0. 05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was basically the same,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the extrapyramidal system in the observation group was lower than that in the control group（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of using paliperidone sustained-release tablets for the treatment of mental disorders in dementia is certain with lower adverse reaction rate and high safety index.
