摘 要:目的探讨胶质瘤相关癌基因1(glioma—associatedoncogene1,Glil)在胃癌患者外周血与肿瘤组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法选取经病理确诊行根治性手术的95例胃癌患者作为胃癌手术组,手术后确诊复发转移的40例患者作为复发组,同时选取正常人50例作为对照组。用免疫组化染色方法检测肿瘤组织中Glil表达,ELISA方法检测各组外周血中Glil的含量。结果胃癌手术组术前外周血中Glil的水平高于正常对照组[(9.21±1.37)ng/ml比(0.79±0.18)ng/ml,t=43.193,P〈0.001];手术后1个月时Glil的水平下降,与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(t=0.722,P=0.472);复发组外周血Glil的水平为(14.37±2.74)ng/ml,高于手术组术前水平(t=14.575,P〈0.001)。手术组肿瘤组织中Glil水平比正常胃黏膜高(t=33.47l,P〈0.001);复发组肿瘤组织中Glil水平为(14.374-2.74)ng/ml高于手术组,差异有统计学意义(t=8.808,P〈0.001)。结论Glil在胃癌患者外周血和肿瘤组织中表达升高,检测外周血和肿瘤组织Glil水平可预测复发。Objective To explore the relationship and clinical significance of Glil expression in peripheral blood and cancer tissues of gastric. Method 95 gastric cancer patients were recruited as surgery group, and 40 recurrent gastric cancer patients were recruited as recurrent group. 50 normal subjects were recruited as control group. Paraffin specimens of gastric cancer tissues and gastric mucosa adjacent to cancer were collected to test expression of Glil protein. ELISA was applied to test Glil in peripheral blood. Results Levels of Glil in peripheral blood of preoperative surgery group were higher than in control group [(9.21±1.37) ng/ml vs. (0.79±0.18) ng/ml, t =43. 193, P〈0.001]. Post-up Gill decreased significantly to the level of control group ( t = 0.722, P = 0.472 ). Levels of Glil in peripheral blood of recurrent group were higher than that in preoperativesurgery group ( t = 14. 575, P 〈 0. 001 ). Glil protein in cancer tissues was higher than that in adjacent gastric mucosa ( t =33. 471, P 〈 0. 001 ) , and Glil protein in cancer tissues of surgery group was higher than that in cancer tissues of recurrent group ( t = 8. 808, P 〈 0. 001 ). Conclusion In postoperative gastric cancer patients increased Glil level in peripheral blood and cancer tissues predicts recurrence.
