国外基于情感角度的信息搜寻行为研究进展

摘　　要：【目的/意义】信息搜寻行为的研究中主要是基于认知观,但是随着心理学中对情感因素不断深入研究发现,情感因素是人类行为的重要影响因子,甚至发现情感是认知的基础,本研究希望部分填补该空白。【方法/过程】通过综合归纳国外发表的关于信息搜寻行为中情感因素的影响的文献,发现情感与认知同等重要甚至超越认知影响信息搜寻行为,总结出信息搜寻行为中情感与认知的关系研究,加入情感因子的信息搜寻行为模型,情感影响信息搜寻行为的方式,不同的情感因素对信息搜寻行为的影响以及具体领域的搜寻者的情感因素的影响五个方向。【结果/结论】最后对研究不足进行了讨论,对进一步的研究进行了展望。[Purpose/significance]The research of information search behavior is mainly based on cognitive viewpoint, but with the study of psychology, it is found that affective factors are important to affect human behavior, and even found that af- fection is the basis of cognition, we hope to fill part of the gap. [Method/process] This paper uses synthesis methods to ex- amine foreign journal articles that study information seeking behaviors based on affective viewpoint, it is found that affec- tion is as important as cognition and even surpass cognition on affecting information seeking behavior. The paper also sum- marizes the relationship between affection and cognition in information seeking behavior in five directions ： affective factors of information seeking behavior model, affecting way to information seeking behavior, impact of different affcctive factors on the search behavior and specific areas of the seeking for affective factors.[Result/ conclusion ]The insufficiency of user cog- nitive study is discussed and the future research direction is prospected.
