摘 要:目的探讨肠内营养(EN)在癌症晚期治疗中的应用价值。方法采用营养风险筛查量表评估我院2014年3月~2015年3月期间收治的晚期癌症患者机体营养状况,将筛选出存在机体营养不良风险的84例晚期癌症患者按照肠内营养治疗和肠外营养治疗分为研究组和对照组各42例。结果两组实施营养治疗前机体营养状况、日常生活功能康复指标状况比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),实施营养治疗后2周研究组机体营养指标状况、日常生活功能康复指标状况均优于对照组,并发症发生率为7.2%低于对照组23.9%(P<0.05)。结论肠内营养在癌症晚期患者营养治疗中的应用,能够有效改善患者机体营养状况,促进患者功能康复,且营养治疗过程中的并发症发生率低,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the application value of enteral nutrition(EN) in the treatment of advanced cancer. Methods From March 2014 to March 2015, Nutritional risk screening scale was used to evaluate the nutritional status of patients with advanced cancer in our hospital. Eighty-four patients with advanced cancer who had malnutrition risk were screened, and were divided into the study group and the control group according to enteral nutrition therapy and parenteral nutrition treatment, 42 cases in each group. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups of the body nutritional condition and the daily living function rehabilitation before nutritional therapy(P 〉 0.05). Two weeks after the nutritional therapy, the body nutrition condition index and the daily living function of the study group were better than those of the control group, the incidence of complications in the study group was 7.2% and lower than that of the control group which was 23.9%(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The application of enteral nutrition in nutritional treatment of patients with advanced cancer can effectively improve the nutritional status of patients and promote functional rehabilitation of patients, and the incidence of complications is low and safety is high, so it is worthy of clinical application.
