摘　　要：针对某船自动舵偶发失控的问题,文章分析了操舵系统的工作原理,在全面分析、排查、反复试验的基础上,掌握了造成舵机失控的关键点,再采取逐步逼近的检测手段,精确定位故障点,最后采用合理的维修方案及时排除该型自动舵装备存在的隐现结合的故障,为同类型故障维修保障提供了一定经验参考。Aimed at the sudden failure of the autopilot in a vessel, this article analyzes the working principle of the steering system. On the basis of comprehensive analysis, investigation and repeated trials, the author points out the key points that cause the steering gear to get out of control, and then takes the means of detecting step by step to orientate the fault point. Finally uses reasonable maintenance program in a timely manner ruled out the ex- istence of the automatic rudder equipment looming combination of fault for the same type of fault maintenance to provide a certain experience reference.
